Letter From the President. . .

Thank you for considering partnering with the Nutter Foundation to present Dozer Day 2010 to our community. The following is some information to assist you in your decision.

Dozer Day 2009 was a huge success! We hosted approximately 16,000 guests and just about every local, morning TV show covered the event. Most importantly, we were able to give back almost $100,000 in cash and in-kind grant requests to local children's charities. With your help, Dozer Day 2010 will be an even bigger success.

If you are unable to be a cash sponsor we also need lots (and we mean lots) of volunteers, supplies and equipment. We would also really appreciate any suggestions and/or contacts of other reputable businesses that may be interested in participating.

IMPORTANT DOZER DAY FACTS:
• Nutter Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
• The Parks Foundation and other local, children's charities
   benefit from Dozer Day
• Due to popular demand, Dozer Day will be 2 days
   this year: Saturday, May 15 (always the 3rd Saturday
   in May), and new this year. . . Sunday, May 16.
• VIO (Very Important Operators) time will again be
   from 9-11am for Sponsors only
• Dozer Day will be open to the public from 11am to 4pm
   both days
• Online tickets are available here, along with local banks
   and other business supporters
• Dozer Day attendance significantly increases each year
• Sponsorship commitments must be made on or before
   March 1 to ensure booth space and inclusion on
   printed materials
• Dozer Day will again be held at the Cemex Quarry
   off Highway 14 at the 192nd Street exit.

In-kind donations receive a sponsorship value totalling half of the items' retail value (example: equipment donation valued at $5,000 retail, receives a $2,500 Dozer Day sponsorship).
